What I can tell you is I have been eating at places exactly like this in multiple states for going on 40 years. And I'm here to say this is among the best "stateside authentic" Chinese places I've been to anywhere. What sets it apart is the amount of food for the price and the quality and abundance of quality ingredients. You get the house special fried rice and it's hard NOT to get shrimp in every spoonful. You get house special lo mein and it's like Noah's ark in noodles. The quality of the beef is excellent as are the other proteins. Look this is damn good Chinese food. I'll let people who have experiences true authentic Chinese food talk about authenticity. What I can tell you is that this food triggers all the fond memories of paper wrapped chicken, low mei, chow mein and the hot and sour soup is absolutely killer!
